Hello AS warriors, I am Soumyajit Chowdhury. Currently I am at my B. Tech final year 1 year back 28th may I had severe pain in my left leg, I couldn't get out of bed at that time. As the course of time the pain was as it is and my orthopedic doctor asks for a hlab27 test and fortunately it was positive . After someone days i knew that is was not going to cure,,,, I was in depression. But my Rumatologist suggest me to do yoga or any workout for 2hr a day....
